Summary: The Business/IT/Cybersecurity Manager at [School Name] will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of all aspects related to business operations, information technology, and cybersecurity. This role will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the school's business systems, technology infrastructure, and cybersecurity measures to support the school's mission and goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for business operations, information technology, and cybersecurity in alignment with the school's goals and objectives.
Oversee the procurement and management of hardware, software, and other IT resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with school policies and regulations.
Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and practices to protect the school's data and systems from cyber threats.
Manage the school's business operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation, to ensure financial sustainability and efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, business office staff, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Stay current with the latest trends and developments in business, IT, and cybersecurity, and apply best practices to enhance the school's operations and security posture.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, information technology, or cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and work in a team-oriented environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
