    Job Description

    As a Managing Consultant (Renewable Energy)at Michael Page, you will be at the forefront of facilitating the growth and development of the renewable energy sector.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    1. Talent Acquisition: Proactively sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates for various roles within the renewable energy field, such as Developers, Development Managers and Directors of Development.

    2. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our client companies, understanding their unique recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.

    3. Candidate Engagement: Nurturing a network of professionals interested in renewable energy careers, guiding them through the job search process, and ensuring a positive experience.

    4. Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and new technologies within the renewable energy sector.

    5. Sustainability Advocacy: Contributing to our mission of promoting sustainable practices by advocating for renewable energy solutions.

    The Successful Applicant

    The Managing Consultant (Renewable Energy) will have:

  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the renewable energy or related sectors.
  • Passion about Renewable Energy: A genuine interest in renewable energy technologies and a strong motivation to make a difference in the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Networking: Strong networking abilities, allowing you to build and maintain professional relationships in the renewable energy community.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and creative problem solver, capable of identifying the right talent for specific roles and situations.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
