    Description
    Our client is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Manager.

    This person will be responsible for the planning and implementation of all installation, repair, upkeep, and housekeeping operations of the distribution center.


    Job Responsibilities:


    • Develop maintenance and housekeeping procedures and ensure timely and correct implementation
    • Check electrical, plumbing, AC, Heating, and other facility's systems to ensure proper functionality
    • Plan and oversee equipment repair and facility systems' installation activities
    • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
    • Allocate manpower to ensure effective and efficient execution of the plan
    • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
    • Monitor equipment and supplies inventory and place orders timely
    • Manage expenses and control Department's budget
    • Ensure maintenance logs and reports are timely and properly maintained
    • Ensure health and safety policies are followed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


    • HS diploma, or GED. AA or BS/BA in business administration or facility management preferred
    • 5+ years of experience as Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Manager
    • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing maintenance plans/projects
    • Advanced technical understanding of plumbing, electrical, AC, and other systems
    • Advanced communication, interpersonal, organization, prioritization, and analytical skills
    • Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) preferred
