- Collect liquid samples from silos following FDA and plant standards, staying alert around machines/forklifts
- Analyze samples using lab equipment to determine characteristics like PH, acidity, freezing point, viscosity, and fat percentages, maintaining samples within specified range
- Diligently record all findings with dates and signatures, uphold cleanliness in the lab to prevent contamination, and ensure supplies are replenished regularly (chemicals, pipets, etc.)
- Adhere to FDA and plant standards in lab and plant operations, conduct daily equipment calibration and handle incoming calls from different plant areas, engage in multitasking to meet product/sample requirements promptly and accurately
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in technical sciences
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a production setting
- Proficient in documenting and evaluating Quality standards
