Job summary
The HRIS, Payroll & HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll processing, and HR operational functions. This role ensures data integrity, compliance, and efficiency across HR systems and processes.Responsibilities
- Lead and support a two-person team by managing day-to-day activities, setting priorities, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Design and implement scalable, structured methodologies to improve HR operations.
