    Description

    Title: Business Architect

    Location: New York City, NY

    Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

    Job Description:

    • As a Business Architect, you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with technology solutions.
    • Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with various business stakeholders, creating demand for architectural solutions, and developing and implementing business architecture frameworks and standards.
    • You will also be responsible for designing and implementing quantification frameworks to measure the effectiveness of business initiatives and digital assessment frameworks to evaluate the digital readiness of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Engage Business:

    • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements.
    • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs.

    Create Demand:

    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes and drive innovation through architectural solutions.
    • Educate and advocate for the adoption of business architecture principles and best practices within the organization.

    Develop Templates and Models:

    • Design and maintain business architecture templates, models, and standards to facilitate consistent and effective communication of architectural concepts and solutions across the organization.

    Quantification Framework:

    • Develop frameworks and methodologies to quantify the impact of business initiatives on key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Analyze data and metrics to provide insights into the effectiveness of architectural solutions and inform decision-making processes.

    Digital Assessment Framework:

    • Design and implement frameworks for assessing the digital maturity and readiness of the organization.
    • Evaluate current capabilities and identify areas for improvement to support digital transformation initiatives.
