- Sell InfoWest products and services to individual customers and communities
- Support sales and service personnel by speaking with customers on the phone and in-person to provide pricing, obtain and place service orders.
- Enter customer account information, notes, and appointment information into our customer billing and support software applications.
- Send and respond to customer emails.
- Receptionist, billing and bookkeeping duties as needed.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work with other teams
- Organizational skills and ability to set priorities each day and week to work through
- Ideally, 3 or more years of experience in a sales / demand generation role
- Ability to work towards company targets and key results
- Ability to drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic Internet knowledge
- Commitment for follow up and follow through are a must
- Basic knowledge of personal computing equipment, networking, and routers are a plus
- Customer service experience is a plus.

Duties will include: Sales and some billing.
Sales commissions in addition to hourly wage.
The person we will hire for this job must be SALES DRIVEN and a SELF STARTER with excellent ATTENDANCE and ENGAGEMENT.

Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
