- Answer phones in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer service requests appropriately and accurately according to established policies and procedures.
- Scheduling on-site estimates for sales representatives.
- Scheduling on-site repairs/warranty jobs for Project Manager.
- Process incoming shop jobs.
- Prepare customer files.
- Maintain office/reception area.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as instructed by the Administrative Manager.
- Previous customer service skills and an ability to work well in a team environment.
- Scheduling experience (a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in outbound calling is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required.

We are a locally Veteran owned business and have been servicing the NC Triangle area for over 9 years. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and customer service. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, a team player and have a willingness to learn. This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
