This individual is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to communicate effectively, while providing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. The responsibility of this position is evolving and requires the ability to adapt. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Position is located in Southborough, MA.
Job Responsibilities
Confidently communicate with project managers to get necessary paperwork and information to process services and jobs in our systems
Assist General Manager with contracts administration and organization of information
Maintain organized databases to communicate information effectively and accurately to all team members
Follow-up on status of jobs to insure timely invoicing and accurate job costing
Send service invoices to customers
Become the Service Trade expert through successfully navigating and understanding how to retrieve essential information
Cross-train on contract billing to serve as support and back-up as needed
Cross-train in AP and Payroll to serve as support and back-up as needed
Cross-train in front desk support in Office Manager absence and back-up as needed
Job Requirements
Must possess Associate degree in Business or Accounting with relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree a plus.
Minimum 3 to 5 years related office/accounting experience
Proficient in Excel
Must be detail and deadline oriented
Strong critical thinking skills
Service Trade and/or Great Plains experience a plus
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
