    Mission
    En tant que Business Analyst, vous travaillerez avec les parties prenantes de l'entreprise pour rassembler, analyser, communiquer et valider les exigences relatives aux changements et à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux processus d'entreprise.

    Le Business Analyst assure la liaison entre l'entreprise et le service informatique et exécute des tâches, à tous les niveaux de complexité, à chaque phase d'implementation d'un projet y compris la réorganisation des processus, business analysis, training, testing, et le support..

    Missions :

    - Appropriation du processus de gestion des incidents et du soutien aux applications (identification des problèmes, analyse des causes profondes, résolution des problèmes, tests et gestion des changements).

    - Agir en tant qu'homologue de confiance sur les questions fonctionnelles.

    - Assurer la formation et l'assistance des utilisateurs finaux

    - Fournir une assistance aux utilisateurs finaux par l'intermédiaire du système de billetterie et au cours des processus de clôture mensuels.

    - Examiner et remettre en question les processus et la documentation existants et veiller à l'amélioration continue des processus (y compris l'automatisation si possible) en concevant, en documentant et en exécutant des processus optimaux.

    Amélioration des processus :- Diriger des réunions structurées et utiliser des ateliers de travail collaboratifs pour définir les exigences et les attentes non couvertes.- Évaluer les processus ; identifier les processus opérationnels actuels et futurs o processus financiers (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Budget Monitoring) - Éliciter ce qui se cache derrière et sous les exigences énoncées plutôt que de se contenter de collecter et d'organiser les exigences.- Concevoir fonctionnellement la solution du modèle de base sur la base des données de l'entreprise - S'assurer que les solutions proposées s'intègrent dans la stratégie globale et le modèle de base- Définir et exécuter des scénarios de test liés à la fonction construite- Effectuer des validations et des tests des changements et de la mise en œuvre du système- Fournir des recommandations et des rapports aux parties prenantes - Rapporter les progrès, les risques, les problèmes et les alertes sur le projet au chef de projet. - Capitaliser les connaissances et la documentation en fournissant des éléments de conception des systèmes, des règles de migration des données, des règles de gestion, etc. - Faciliter la communication entre l'équipe de projet interne et le fournisseur

    Qualifications
    Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur en administration des affaires, dans un domaine lié à la finance ou en ingénierie informatique, ou expérience professionnelle similaire.

    Doté d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience.
