    Description

    The Proposal Manager plays a crucial role in Webcor's dynamic sales and marketing team. As a Proposal Manager, your main task is to lead pursuits from start to finish, working closely with various team members such as business development leads, proposal sponsors, senior operations personnel, client managers, and creative marketing professionals. Your daily responsibilities involve evaluating RFQs and RFPs, managing and creating proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials. To excel in this role, you need a keen sense of branding and storytelling, along with skills in copywriting, editing, graphic design, and strategic thinking. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining marketing platforms and systems, assisting in graphic design requests, events coordination, project photography, and more.

    Job Title Note: This position may be referred to as "Proposal Manager" or "Senior Proposal Manager" depending on experience level.

    Role Expectations

    • Ensure consistent application of the Webcor brand across all materials.
    • Collaborate with various team members to manage project pursuits and deadlines.
    • Demonstrate self-motivation and a willingness to expand knowledge of design and construction processes.
    • Participate in proposal capture strategies development.
    • Lead proposal teams, overseeing content creation and layout design.
    • Work with marketing and technical teams to deliver content on time.
    • Create engaging graphics and infographics.
    • Write tailored technical and marketing content for clients.
    • Manage CRM tasks including data entry and reporting.
    • Maintain marketing databases and information.
    • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    Candidate's Requirements

    • Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as English, Journalism, Marketing, Architecture, or Engineering.
    • Minimum of three years of experience in marketing and construction, with a focus on proposal management. For Senior Proposal Manager, a minimum of six years' experience is required.
    • Demonstrated experience in creating compelling proposals. Senior Proposal Manager requires a minimum of six years' experience.
    • Understanding of construction, engineering, and architecture concepts to communicate effectively in proposals.
    • Experience in the AEC industry is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
    • Ability to proactively solve problems and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Demonstrated leadership in guiding proposal teams.
