Oil and gas company located in downtown Denver has a need for a sharp
Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team
The Accounts Payable Specialist will work with an Accounts Payable Supervisor and report to the Senior Operations Accounting Manager.
Join a great team of tenured employees and work fully remote.

Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:
- process a high volume of invoices (up to approximately 80/day) using Open Invoice and BOLO
- review, code and route electronically submitted invoices for approval
- full cycle accounts payable matching
- communicate with customers
- review vendor statements and complete reconciliations as needed
- assist with weekly check runs

Accounts Payable Specialist Skills:

35 years of accounts payable experience

- experience with electronic (paperless) systems

Open Invoice is highly desired

- oil and gas experience is a big plus
- strong attention to detail
- proficient with MS Office

Hours for
Accounts Payable Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with some flexibility)
Local Accounts Payable Specialist candidates only, please
Accounts Payable Specialist candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check
