- Contribute to the development, implementation, administration, and enhancement of training program.
- Collaborate in designing and developing learning solutions to meet diverse learning objectives and styles.
- Deliver engaging learning solutions that effectively respond to the needs of learners.
- Maintain training plans for specific roles and departmental matrices.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and evaluate training course effectiveness.
- Participate in the development of training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance.
- Provide feedback to departments to ensure adherence to established procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with Document Control to maintain proper training records.
- Coordinate and contribute to additional assigned activities or projects.
- Support interdepartmental personnel on various projects, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Manufacturing, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control preferred.
- Experience in education, training, and/or adult learning is a plus.
- Experience in leading training initiatives and continuous improvement in a regulated environment is helpful.
