- Proficiency in EPC systems related to planning, scheduling, project management, document management, subcontract management, and Construction Management in the EPC industry, particularly Oil and Gas.
- Understanding the impact of implementing Shutdown Turnaround and Quality on the turnaround lifecycle.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire application lifecycle, from development through production and support phases.
- Thorough technical expertise in Shutdown Turnaround and Quality systems, processes, and data requirements, with a deep understanding of the related terminology, roles, and responsibilities.
- Previous experience in deploying and supporting Shutdown Turnaround and Quality systems for large turnaround and capital projects.
- Offering technical guidance in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and rollout of new Digital Technology capabilities for capital project construction, maintenance, bug fixes, and application enhancements.
- Familiarity with applications commonly used in extensive Shutdown Turnaround and Quality operations, such as P6, Prometheus, Cleopatra, SAP, or equivalents.
- Proficiency in supporting and administering Cleopatra would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of additional tools like Audit Board and other Quality Tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering, or relevant practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Planning & Project Management, Shutdown Turnaround and Quality tools in construction, particularly with tools like Prometheus, Primavera, Audit board, and similar solutions.
- Over 5 years of experience in IT or business, with a focus on requirements analysis preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in relevant business activities within their area of specialization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and team collaboration skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Effective presentation skills and the ability to lead workshops.
- Strong vendor interaction and product management proficiencies.
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service delivery practices.
- Preferably certified in Project Management.
- Must hold a valid Driver's License and maintain a good driving record.

We are currently looking to fill the position of Shutdown Turnaround and Quality Tools IT Analyst based either in Houston, TX, or Allentown, PA with a maximum of 10% travel required. Relocation support is available for this role
The IT Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, improvement, and upkeep of current and new applications, ensuring they meet service level agreements, as well as product and lifecycle management for Shutdown Turnaround and Quality. Additionally, the analyst will drive change and ensure all team members adhere to Air Products' detailed protocols for Shutdown Turnaround and Quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an integral part of this role, the IT Analyst will be responsible for defining requirements, analyzing applications, and designing functional solutions. It is crucial for the individual to collaborate effectively with the Air Products business unit to ensure successful implementation of new features and application updates.
