- Providing support for business applications by diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and following change control processes for efficient resolution.
- Engaging with end users and business analysts to grasp new or changing business requirements and requested functional improvements.
- Creating technical specifications, testing new solutions in alignment with business needs.
- Coordinating end user support through prompt bug triage and evaluations.
- Building and retaining system and business knowledge essential for aiding end users and internal/external technical teams.
- Assisting with custom interfaces, system enhancements, and ETL processes as needed.
- Maintaining a significant set of stored procedures and views.
- Oversight of Dev, Test, and UAT environments by applying patches, conducting tests, and crafting environment management scripts.
- Participation in major IT initiatives as required.
- Availability for rotational shifts to provide after-hours business support and technical maintenance.
- Graduated from an accredited institution with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or CIS/MIS.
- Demonstrates strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated team player with a dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Brings 5+ years of experience in database scripting (SQL and/or Oracle PL/SQL).
- Brings 3+ years of experience in C# development.
- Brings 2+ years of experience in JavaScript/Angular development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
