    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

    • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to establish a product vision and strategic roadmap
    • Develop epics and user stories that prioritize customer needs alongside technical tasks
    • Drive execution and support timely delivery of software releases
    • Inform and execute the product roadmap based on datadriven user needs and business objectives
    • Provide subject matter expertise on crossfunctional projects and policy/business decisions

    What is Required (Qualifications):

    • Colorado resident
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
    • 45 Years of business analysis/product management experience
    • Agile SDLC experience
    • Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Pendo

    • Knowledge of health insurance industry
