- Prioritize features based on business impact and user needs.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in ITSM, GRC, and ITOM.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customization options.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Shape and Drive Success: As a pivotal player, you'll craft the future of our ServiceNow product offerings. Your expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, GRC, and ITOM will be crucial.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding solutions that elevate our customer experience.
Job Requirements
Experience: You have a background in IT Operations, process analysis, Business Service Management, service discovery, and service automation with a focus on ServiceNow.
Deep Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of IT Operation processes and frameworks (SDLC, ITIL, etc.) and equivalent process improvement methodologies.
Service Excellence: Ensure the highest level of service for ServiceNow products, including implementing updates and new services for employees, real estate brokers, and affiliates.
Metrics and Improvement: Monitor and report key metrics, collaborate with stakeholders to drive performance improvements, and implement vital process changes.
