Deputy Production Manager (m/f/d)

Permanent - To be filled from: - Working hours: 38 hours per week - Location: Übach-Palenberg - Job ID: WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the production manager in all administrative and organizational matters as well as provide backup for shift management Monitoring and planning of the overall systems in terms of availability, performance, and quality Preparation of regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Preparation and support of administrative processes related to key figures, statistics, presentations, and performance meetings Support in the technical and disciplinary management of employees in the entire production area Participation in the development and implementation of process optimization for productivity in various projects in the field of operational excellence WHAT YOU BRING Experience in industrial food production with completed training as a technician or master's degree Knowledge of production and packaging systems in the food industry, preferably in the ice cream industry Proficient in MS Office and SAP Experience in lean management desirable Didactic knowledge WHAT WE OFFER A responsible and varied area of responsibility in a growing company The opportunity to contribute your ideas and skills and actively shape processes Individual training
