Operations Area Manager - Greenwood, DE

Permanent Position

Your Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for recording credit collateral within the scope of collateral processing for the bank in the internal systems of our clients both domestically and internationally.
  • You will organize and support document storage (receipt and delivery of custody documents).
  • You will participate in the training of trainees and apprentices.
  • You will perform your tasks independently with high quality and contribute your ideas to the development of standards and processes.

Your Profile:


  • Ideally, you have further qualified yourself both internally and externally after completing your banking apprenticeship.
  • You have previous experience in recording national and/or international credit collateral.
  • Efficient selforganization, high resilience, independence, strong communication skills, and a high level of customer orientation help you fulfill your tasks.
  • You work well in a team, have high standards for the quality of your work, and enjoy communicating with our clients.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have a strong affinity for ITsupported processes. You also support their development in projects and have good German and English skills (written and spoken).
