Cantamen GmbH in Hannover is one of the leading providers of carsharing system software in Europe.

More than 50 companies worldwide use our software to provide over 150,000 customers with access to more than 5,000 vehicles (cars, bicycles, pedelecs, and e-scooters) around the clock and to automatically handle trips.

Starting on February 1st, 2021 or later, we are looking for reinforcements for our support team.


Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and installation of our solutions
  • Telephone and written support, assistance, and advice for our corporate clients regarding technical questions and change requests for our products
  • Analysis and resolution of technical issues, both independently and as part of a team
  • Participation in internal and funding projects
  • Documentation of customer inquiries
  • Adherence to our service levels and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Participation in testing and documentation of new program features, as well as optional involvement in the training team
