    Abeka Brand Director

    The Abeka Brand Director works with the Abeka leadership team and the President to develop and execute brand strategies.

    The Director compiles and analyzes customer insights, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities to further solidify Abeka's leading position in the industry.

    The Director develops teams and strategies to translate these business opportunities into fully integrated sales and marketing plans.

    Develop Branding and Marketing

    With Abeka leadership and the President, propose retail and distributor network plans based on sales trends, performance, and other data.

    Create a fiscal and calendar-year revenue and profit plan. Oversee branding guidelines including art, logo, and colors. Act as key contact and representative of the Abeka brand for all marketing projects to ensure brand is well-positioned.

    Improve Sales Performance
    Champion strategies and tactics to develop lead generation as well as new accounts in both domestic and international markets. Establish and direct strategies and tactics to improve account retention and adoption rates. Oversee social media presence and public perception of Abeka. Develop relationships with third-party partners and coordinate with various interdepartmental teams to implement sales strategies.

    Analyze Customer Data
    Analyze consumer insights and overall market/economic trends.

    Conduct market research and study dynamic business trends to formulate strategies to enhance the brand value and provide new avenues of sales and profits.

    Devise promotional campaigns that involve an understanding of the target audience.

    Train Team Members
    Participate in the selection and training of new team members. Evaluate members, providing constructive feedback. Provide oversight of outside consultants and ensure alignment to overall strategic vision. Take the lead role in marketing automation, E-Commerce, and customer relations.

    3+ years in marketing management, 5+ years in marketing management

    CMS, Customer Service, Deadline Management, Detailed, Entrepreneurship, Microsoft 365, Organized, Problem Solving, Project Management, Task Priority, Willing to learn department-specific programs, Work in a fast-paced environment, Written and Verbal Communications (Inactive)

    We reserve the right to fill this role at a higher/lower grade level based on ministry needs. An assessment may be required to be considered for this position.
