- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing academic, social, or emotional challenges.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and response as needed.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior and mental health.
- Serve as a resource for staff and families on issues related to child development, learning, and behavior.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Colorado Department of Education School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience working with diverse student populations preferred.
- Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
