Training as an Asphalt Builder in Colorado City

1st YEAR OF TRAINING

In the first year of training, you will be trained in the training center for construction and in vocational school after a short time in the company.

The training center for construction offers training for all construction professions. There, you will also learn about areas from other construction professions. The vocational school provides both vocational and cross-vocational education.

2nd YEAR OF TRAINING

In the second year of training, the training center for construction, vocational school, and the company will share your training time.

We are excited to have you join us You will be trained directly on our construction sites and become part of our team.

3rd YEAR OF TRAINING

In the third year of training, you will deepen your learned skills and spend most of your time in our company, where our team will train you.

You will also get to know various machines, such as rollers and road pavers.

We will prepare you for the practical exam and after passing the journeyman's examination, if you show interest in continuing to work with us, you will receive an employment contract.
