    About Us:

    Asbury Care Centers at The Brooke is committed to outstanding care through knowledgeable and heartfelt professionals like yourself.

    Position Summary:

    The STNA will provide daily nursing care and services that support the quality care delivered to patients in the facility.

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    •Assisting with all ADLs

    •Toileting/Bathing

    • Light Housekeeping as needed

    •Demonstrate Proper Patient Positioning Techniques

    •Assisting in feeding/hydration

    •Q2 rounds on each patient included but not limited to toileting and repositioning patients at this time.

    •Reading and Documenting Vital Signs

    •PCC charting

    •In addition to these core responsibilities, the STNA will perform other similar duties within scope of practice as assigned by the nursing department/ superviser when necessary.

    Qualifications:

    •Ideal candidate must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients

    •Active STNA license in the state of Ohio IN GOOD STANDING

    •Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required

    •Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition
