Fabrication Flexbar Operator - Solon, United States - Aerotek

**Description:**

Shift: 1st 7am-3pm Monday-Friday

May work Saturdays for OT 5am-11am

Pay rate: $18-$19

Typical Day:

Will be working with copper to bend it and fabricate it to spec

Will punch holes in it based on customer specifications

Will follow blueprints

Will read a tape measure

Will be lifting 30-50 lbs

Will be working with hand tools hammers, mallets, manual benderes and hydraulic benders

Will get training on presses

Will look at the copper and determine how to bend it and fabricate it

Wil be using calipers to measure gauges

Will be working with fractions

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

1. Must have knowledge and use of blueprints

2. Must be able to read a tape measure to the nearest 1/16th

3. Must have experience using hand tools

4. Must have at least 1 year manufacturing experience or relevant experience in carpentry

5. Must have steel toe boots

6. Must be able to lift 50 lbs

7. Must be open to working 10 hr days if needed
