~ The Director of Dining Services is responsible for the overall management, compliance, and success of the dining services program at Summit Place Senior Campus. Ensure that dining services is operating appropriately by monitoring budgets, menus, cleaning schedules, and being a devoted steward of resident's funds and belongings. The Director of Dining Services will ensure that all dining staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but delight the residents along the way.
Schedule varies:
primary schedule is during daytime hours Monday-Friday, but occasional evenings, holiday and weekend hours may be required.
Minimum of 2 years in a dietary role in a similar sized building
Must be a graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association
