    You're the link between the branch, the community, and the customers. You'll be the one who assists customers, over the phone and in-person, when they have a financial need.

    • Develop, lead, train, and oversee branch employees.
    • Maintain office cash accurately and securely.

    • Ensure timely and precise completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
    • Manage reporting and reduce delinquent debt through collection activities.
    • Uphold compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies.
