Specifically, we need someone who is driven, goal-orientated and has natural leadership qualities. In addition, energy and excellent service that continually provides our customers with the best shopping experience is essential at Glassons.

    Here are a few other areas you will also oversee as our **Albany Branch Manager**:

    Managing rosters and wages

    Visual merchandising and store presentation standards

    Stock management

    Lead your team to drive excellent customer service and sales

    **Who we're looking for:**

    You'll be a leader and not a just a 'manager' - we're looking for someone who can drive and motivate a fun & friendly team

    Retail management experience within a fast paced fashion brand is preferred but not essential if you have other transferable skills and experience in a similar environment

    You'll also have outstanding written and verbal communication

    Excellent time management and organisational skills

    Have a genuine interest in fashion and take pride in helping others express their own unique style
