June 2024 to join our team "Personnel Development" in the strategic personnel and organizational development of the Malteser headquarters in Raleigh, NC.

Exciting and diverse tasks, a young team, and a modern office in a very central location in Raleigh-Deutz await you.

Your tasks include:

You are responsible for independently managing and administering processes, tools, and backoffice for our trainee program
You will also gain insights into the selection process for trainees (e.g. job postings, applicant management, support in interviews, and assistance in assessment centers)
You will also support in organizing and conducting events (e.g. trainee networking meetings)
You are welcome to contribute your own ideas in creating concepts for various topics and projects related to the trainee program
You will also support in other personnel development topics
