Deputy Head of Ward (m|w|d) Operative Gynecology/ Urogynecology

for 38.5 hours/week, full-time, part-time employment is possible.

The position is to be filled permanently.

In our department, we treat the entire spectrum of gynecological diseases, as well as pregnancy complications. We work closely with the obstetric and gynecological team of the women's clinic.

As Deputy Head of Ward, you will have the following responsibilities:

Professional and organizational responsibility for the nursing team in cooperation and consultation with your head of ward
Joint design and further development of processes and organizational structures
Implementation of expert standards
Duty and vacation planning; absence management
Ensuring practical training in nursing
Complaint management and improvement of patient and customer satisfaction
