Frieda-Nadig-Haus Senior Center in Bielefeld, we offer a modern and comfortable home to 113 residents.

We are currently seeking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Your Responsibilities
***- Overall management of the facility, taking into account the needs of residents and employees, as well as legal, organizational, and economic aspects
Personnel management and ensuring smooth operations
Overall responsibility for quality development and assurance, particularly in the areas of nursing, admissions, and occupancy management
Representing the facility internally and externally, maintaining contacts within the network

Your Profile
***- Degree in Health Management, Nursing Management, Social Management, Health and Social Services, or Business Administration
Experience in managing social facilities and quality management
Relevant professional experience and knowledge of methods for designing and communicating change management processes
Ability to lead and motivate employees, make decisions and enforce them, and take responsibility
