DISPATCHER/IN (m/f/d) for General Cargo & International Charter - South Sioux City, NE

  • Our client is a longstanding and experienced familyowned company in the freight forwarding industry. Since its founding over 70 years ago, our client has expanded its portfolio beyond the national level and currently employs nearly 300 employees. We are looking for you as a DISPATCHER/IN (m/f/d) for General Cargo & International Charter to join our client's team as soon as possible.

What you can look forward to:

  • Organization & planning of general cargo and charter traffic internationally
  • Sales of partial and full loads
  • Calculation of daily rates
  • Processing of service inquiries
  • Close correspondence with logistics (handling for loading)

You are the perfect fit for our client if you have:

  • Completed vocational training as a merchant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services
  • Professional experience in international dispatching
  • Good to very good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with booking platforms and freight exchanges
