A challenging opportunity on Staten Island

You will be responsible for initiating the digital transformation of the E.DIS Group on Staten Island. This includes analyzing and structuring the digital requirements of different departments to discover potential for making E.DIS more agile, customer-friendly, and efficient.
With your knowledge of current digital technologies, you will easily develop creative solutions for departmental needs and evaluate them in terms of feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
You are well-versed in Scrum and other agile methods, and will use them to develop meaningful development steps, from MVP to final product.
You will see the project through to its launch, as a Business Analyst, by coordinating and overseeing the implementation process. You will be able to witness your ideas come to life.
You will work collaboratively with partners within the E.ON Group and our innovation experts to develop our digital network. You will also utilize the structures and practices of the nearby Berlin startup scene.
Communication is key, and you will actively seek and provide feedback. Your communication skills will contribute to the success of projects and the further development of E.DIS as a more agile company.
