At KERN Training in Toronto, IA, we provide trainers with exciting and challenging opportunities through our projects and courses. These opportunities can be at one of our branches, in-company training, or online. Our courses offer both individual and small group instruction.

As a KERN Training trainer, you should:

  • Be a native or near-native speaker in the language you will be teaching
  • Have a university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Be charismatic and have strong communication skills
Having additional training or certification in language teaching methodology (such as CELTA or DaF) is a plus.
