    Description

    Job Description

    Job DescriptionCoordinate link data collection systems within the organziation and maintain user-friendly system to enhance sharing of quality/business related informaiton.
    Provide administrator level support for document management system.

    Standardize document formts and ensure an effective system for capturing, tracking and reporting:

    • Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
    • Cost of Poor Business Quality (COPBQ)
    • Customer Feedback
    • Document Revisions
    • Calibration records
    • Audit/Inspection data
    • Records stored offsiteRequirements:
    • BA/BS Degree w/5-10+ years of experience
    • Experience with implementation and administration of electronic document management systems.
    • Experience leading cross functional teams in data collection and analysis techniques.
    • Knowledge of data modeling concepts and relational database definitions.
    • Experience performing programming design and analysis with database applications using multiple storage and data retrieval techniques.
    • Strong familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems required.
    • Familiar with international quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100 & AS9110.
