Description
Your Responsibilities
- Accompanying analysis (electrical measurements, X-rays) of failure parts (sensors) from the manufacturing area under your responsibility
- Creating error reports for defects in individual parts, semi-finished products, and finished products
- Participation in the damage assessment process
- Handling of customer portals
- Conducting analyses and assessments of products and components with the aim of determining the cause of the error
- Monitoring compliance with prescribed work processes in production
- Participation in project teams, including participation in FMEA
- Approval of production lines and fixtures
- Technical guidance of employees in production during testing processes
- Participation in the processing of customer complaints, identification of causes of errors, and initiation and implementation of corrective measures
- Monitoring of internal error rates and derivation of measures to reduce them if target values are exceeded
Our Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in a technical field, e.g. electronics/electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar, or technician with experience in quality management
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of quality management standards and methods
