As the lead for our influencer marketing team in our growth department in West Millgrove, OH, you will be the main point of contact for our employees and responsible for the development and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns with a focus on subscription sales.

Your responsibilities with us:

  • You will be responsible for executing influencer marketing collaborations (negotiation, controlling, scheduling, cost and quality checks).
  • Develop and implement marketing incentives, expand our target audience, and use tactics to achieve our sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze data and KPIs: Evaluate metrics and create reports to measure the success of our initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecast subscription sales revenue based on influencer and campaign performance.
  • Lead and support our influencer marketing team.

What you should bring:

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- +3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with a focus on sales.

  • Previous experience in team leadership.
  • Indepth understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with the ability to implement them in influencer campaigns.
  • Experience in successfully executing incentivebased campaigns with influencers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to work handson and independently manage influencer collaborations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for videobased social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
