Junior Recruiter (m/f/d):

What you can expect from us:

You will support hiring managers in creating job profiles, posting job ads on appropriate channels.
You will identify suitable talents through various social media channels and actively reach out to them.
You will conduct initial screening interviews with selected candidates.
You will work with the team to develop and implement innovative recruiting measures.
You will actively participate in special projects, such as the introduction of a new employee referral program.
