Job Description:

As part of our support team, you will assist our customers with questions about our software solutions over the phone or online and work together with your colleagues to solve more complex cases. For this reason, teamwork and knowledge sharing are very important to us.

As we now have over 350 large laundries worldwide as our customer base, good English skills are required.
