Head of Department for Department I D - Internal Services (m/f/d): Senior Government Officer, Salary Group A14, 100% full-time (40 hours), in a probationary civil service position according to - 97 para. 1 no. 2 LBG.

Department I encompasses a comprehensive and diverse range of tasks in the areas of finance, personnel, information technology, and central services to support the tasks of the Secretariat of the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs. We offer a modern, varied, and challenging workplace where you will gain an overall insight into the tasks of the Secretariat. The Department ID is primarily responsible for building and health management, as well as cash management. We are looking for a pragmatic individual with a "hands-on" mentality.


Your future area of work:

  • Management of the department with employees at the Berlin and Bonn locations, including fleet management, cashier, reception and telephone switchboard, time recording, meeting operations, as well as mail and printing services
  • Coordination of the health system, including occupational health management and chairing the Committee for Occupational Safety and Health
  • Building management, including construction, property, and rental matters for 4 properties
