Weatherford is looking for qualified nurses or medical assistants (m/f/d) to join our team in the dialysis department.

Our main focus is on treating patients with kidney diseases and providing dialysis treatments.

Position:
Nurses or Medical Assistants (m/f/d) for Dialysis

Employment type:
Full-time or part-time (minimum of 25 hours/week)

Contract:
Temporary

Start date:
Immediate

Your responsibilities:

Providing care for patients throughout all stages of dialysis treatment
Independently connecting and disconnecting patients to modern dialysis machines according to the schedule, and monitoring vital signs
Documenting and ensuring the quality of nursing care
Providing counseling and psychosocial support to patients and their families, including accompanying them during doctor visits
Collaborating and building trust with our interdisciplinary treatment team

"Previous experience in nephrology and dialysis is not required. Our qualified and structured training guarantees a good start with us."

Your strengths:

Completed training as a registered nurse, healthcare professional, or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
Medical assistants, emergency medical technicians, surgical or anesthesia technicians (m/f/d) are also welcome to apply without prior experience
Responsible and enjoy working with complex treatment situations
Team player with a friendly personality and strong empathy in patient contact
Interest in working with
