Weatherford is looking for qualified nurses or medical assistants (m/f/d) to join our team in the dialysis department.About our company:

Position:
Nurses or Medical Assistants (m/f/d) for Dialysis
Employment type:
Full-time or part-time (minimum of 25 hours/week)

Temporary

Your responsibilities:
- Providing care for patients throughout all stages of dialysis treatment
- Independently connecting and disconnecting patients to modern dialysis machines according to the schedule, and monitoring vital signs
- Documenting and ensuring the quality of nursing care
- Providing counseling and psychosocial support to patients and their families, including accompanying them during doctor visits
- Collaborating and building trust with our interdisciplinary treatment team
Your strengths:
- Completed training as a registered nurse, healthcare professional, or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Medical assistants, emergency medical technicians, surgical or anesthesia technicians (m/f/d) are also welcome to apply without prior experience
- Responsible and enjoy working with complex treatment situations
- Team player with a friendly personality and strong empathy in patient contact
