    We have a state-of-the-art dental practice at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base as part of Army and Air Force Exchange Services specifically servicing Military Families and Military Veterans. Our practice has a family feel and we focus on building relationships with our patients. Making sure to provide each of our patients with the best quality care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Able to build rapport with patients.
    • Prepare patients for dental work.
    • Must be able to take and monitor vitals.
    • Must be able to review and go through patients medical history.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Familiar with Dental software and equipment.
    • Dental Assistants are responsible for the set-up/break down, including disposing of any bio-hazards properly.
    • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
    • Must follow all infection control procedures.
    • Must be able to complete clerical reporting on a daily/monthly basis.
    Requirements:
    • Current Dental Assistant Radiology License / DANB
    • Two (2) years or more of experience
    • X-Ray Certified
    • CPR/BLS
    • Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting
    • N202 Certification, required
    • DAANCE (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination) Certification, required
    • Sedation Course, required
    • Expanded duty dental assistant preferred
    • Coronal polishing certification preferred
