Description

RDTS is looking for a Cleared Program Manager to support a Dept of Defense program in Washington, D.C. This on-site Program Manager shall be a subject matter expert (SME) on CBRNE Mail Screening Services and shall provide CBRNE expertise to assist in daily mail screening operations.

Requirements

Active Security Clearance.
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
Current PMI, PMP certification.
Strong technical writing skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Minimum three (3) years managing a CBRNE security screening operation, and managing a staff of 10 or more persons.
Researching and complying with safety and security regulations.
Developing and implementing medical surveillance plans, negative pressure facility operations and contamination control.
Developing and maintaining complex matrices using Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated customer relations experience.
