For our client, market leader in the field of hair and beauty accessories in Germany as well as Central and Eastern Europe, we are currently seeking a:

HR Generalist (m/f/d

Location:
Sinsheim


Salary: 50,000 € - 70,000 € per year


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources or commercial training with additional qualification as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in the HR field
  • Strong communication skills and organizational ability
  • Excellent knowledge of legal regulations
  • Experience in payroll and salary accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Structured, proactive work style and team spirit
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills

Your tasks:

  • Contact person for managers and employees (bluecollar and whitecollar workers) for all HRrelated questions
  • Implementation of operational HR issues, such as recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, payroll
  • Active participation in the development and implementation of the strategic direction in the HR area (e.g. expansion of employer branding)
  • Administrative tasks (e.g. creating references, adjusting employment contracts, job descriptions)
  • Preparation of evaluations/statistics for the management
