- Responsible for on-line corporate billing resolutions
- Maintains and reconciles cash receipts journals for two companies.
- Maintains and updates customer files including payment history and profile information.
- Researches and provides invoice and receipt information to departments as needed.
- Provides necessary information for various annual audits.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Good familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Office
- Experience with Doc-Link document management system a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) a plus
- 1+ years' experience with Accounts Receivable or Accounting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
