    Description

    The team leader is a core leadership position at Photomules. We provide high quality team and action photography to youth sporting events nationwide. We travel to the highest level of youth sporting to provide our customers with lasting memories. Our team leader is a responsible and efficient coordinator of events, equipment and employees, and travels to each event to ensure the event runs smoothly and effectively between our contractors, event partners, and customers. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes organization, with a passion for managing others effectively and efficiently in fast-paced, adaptable environments. Applicants with backgrounds in shift leader or event management are encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating entire team's presence at sporting events prior to the event, which includes:
      • Managing employee's at events before, during and after events
      • Arranging necessary equipment for the event,, as well as testing and charging the equipment
      • Completing inventory of equipment, order forms, and staffing for events
      • Coordinating with District manager for order forms, Field maps, Call sheets, and contracts.
      • Keeping crew moral up, and steering the ship
      • Driving crew and or equipment to tournaments nationwide
    • Coordinating entire team's operations at sporting events during the events, which includes:
      • On-the-job problem solving when equipment breaks, parents or unhappy, or there is inclement weather - these are live events and many things can happen, being adaptable is required
      • Live troubleshooting of customer feedback
      • Ensuring that quality of product at events is high, and consistent between events (quality control of photography
    • Completing necessary tasks post-event, which includes:
      • Filling out post-event inventory forms
      • Collaborating with the District Manager to brainstorm ways to improve processes, training, and marketing
    Requirements:
    • An interest in leadership and event management
    • Available 3 weekends per month Friday-Monday.
    • Being a Problem solver
    • Being a detailed oriented person
    • Willing to work in a hot, fast paced environment
    • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
    • Valid Driver's license
