Your Skills

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing field.
Fluency in French (oral and written).
Master the skills required by the sector.
Be an ambassador of the company's values.
Demonstrate leadership and planning skills.
Demonstrate excellent mastery of blueprint reading.
Ensure compliance with working methods and work procedures within the team.
Ensure compliance with the health and safety rules and procedures required by the company within the team.
Demonstrate an interest in continuous improvement.
Has a good understanding of the French language (reading work instructions and health and safety guidelines).
Is able to lift loads of 50 pounds or less

It is expected that 50% of the team leader's time is allocated to direct labor tasks and 50% of his time is allocated to management responsibilities.

Carry out the production work necessary for the sector.
Ensure that the team has all the equipment and tools necessary for the day.
Ensure that the members of his team respect the standard times established by the company.
