    Diversified is hiring for a Warehouse Manager for a company in the Carrollton, TX area

    1st shift-9am-6pm

    $24/hr plus DOE

    Temp to perm
    Climate controlled environment
    Overseeing Daily Activities:
    • The Warehouse Lead coordinates the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. Their goal is to ensure efficiency and timeliness in these processes.
    • They manage the daily warehousing activities, making sure everything runs smoothly.

    Safety and Health Guidelines:
    • Implementing and enforcing safety and health guidelines within the warehouse is a key responsibility.
    • The Warehouse Lead ensures a safe working environment for all employees.

    Inventory Control:
    • Managing inventory levels is essential. They minimize loss and maximize accuracy through regular audits and updates to the inventory management system. Conduct Cycle counts.

    Training and Mentoring:
    • The Warehouse Lead trains and mentors warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices.

    Job Duties:

    • Picking and Packing materials
    • Checking for defects and inspecting materials
    • Loading and unloading
    • Operating a forklift
    • Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
    • Ability to lift a minimum of up to 50lbs

    Qualifications:

    • Highly self-motivated, family-orientated individual
    • Ability to maintain solid attendance and punctuality
    • MUST have warehouse experience
