    As a Talent Business Partner, you will act as a teammate champion and change agent, ensuring teammate relations are aligned with Pinnacle Treatment Centers mission and values to foster an equitable, diverse, and inclusive work environment. The Talent Business Partner (TBP) proactively communicates with other departments and leaders throughout the Company to develop solutions, create and nurture partnerships, and deliver value-added service to leadership and teammates. This position provides day-to-day Talent/HR support to a territory and manages sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or one of the behavioral science disciplines (psychology, social work, etc.) from an accredited college or university OR equivalent professional human resources experience.
    • Three (3) years of experience as a Talent Business Partner supporting multiple business units/departments; experience working closely and collaboratively with a team of other Talent Business Partners to execute team and organizational goals and initiatives highly desirable
    • Three (3) years of teammate relations experience including demonstrated competence in successfully handling issues of various degrees of complexity. Depth of knowledge needed as it relates to Federal, State, and local labor laws and regulations
    • Deep knowledge of Talent/HR best practices and compliance.
    • Must possess a current valid driver's license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposes. Extensive Travel up to 50% may be required. Travel may be planned and/or short notice and overnight travel may be expected.

    Preferred:

    • Graduate degree in human resources, business administration/management.
    • Six (6) years' experience conducting teammate investigations from start to finish.
    • Professional HR certification (i.e., PHR, SHRM-CP).
    • Background in healthcare or behavioral health.
    • Prior experience with Project Management and Change Management skills.
    • Experience working closely and collaboratively with a team of other Talent Business Partners to execute team and organizational goals and initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide Talent/HR expertise on day-to-day performance management (coaching, corrective action, training, teammate development, etc.).
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching, guidance, advice, and counsel to business leaders around a variety of talent topics.
    • Serve as a point of contact for teammates and local/regional leadership, addressing teammate relations concerns, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and practices.
    • Manage and resolve complex teammate relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, timely, and objective investigations and various fact-findings. Conduct interviews, gather facts, recommend resolutions, and produce reports and other documentation that respond to allegations/concerns/complaints.
    • Recognize patterns and anticipate talent-related issues - develop, recommend, and initiate appropriate steps for resolution in accordance with policies and procedures and individual state laws/regulations.
    • Review, understand, and work with Company and facility leaders to positively impact various human capital metrics (turnover, engagement, overtime, etc.)
    • Contribute to the operational business strategy by helping to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and ensure legal compliance by monitoring and communicating applicable federal and state requirements.
    • Establish strong teammate engagement to create an enriching teammate experience.
    • Administer, analyze, and share (with senior leadership) results of regular culture/climate surveys.
    • Provide real-time, accurate, and comprehensive responses to telephonic and written inquiries regarding talent relations concerns.
    • Provide coaching/training to local and departmental leadership in carrying out their responsibilities on talent relations matters.
    • Collaborate with local, regional, and senior leadership to identify challenge areas related to teammate retention that impede organizational progress.
    • Identify and recommend retention strategies and that positively impact talent relations initiatives. Partner with Talent teammates in areas such as leave of absence, worker's compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, etc.
    • Collaborate with Talent teammates, facility leaders, or other PTC (Pinnacle Treatment Center) teammates on various Talent/HR initiatives.
