    Are you a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? We have a unique opening for a School-Based Virtual SLP to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional speech therapy services to students across Massachusetts, all through our innovative virtual platform.

    Job Description: As a School-Based Virtual SLP, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, delivering comprehensive speech therapy services to students in Massachusetts. Using our advanced telepractice platform, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions that address students' speech and language needs. By joining our team, you will play a vital role in helping students improve their communication abilities, boost their confidence, and succeed academically.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language disorders.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and students' needs.
    • Provide engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions to students.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the school team to support students' progress.
    • Utilize our user-friendly telepractice platform to deliver therapy activities and monitor student performance.
    • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
    • Participate in virtual team meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development activities.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Current and valid Massachusetts state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Experience in a school-based setting is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in using telepractice platforms and technology.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
    • Genuine passion for supporting students' communication and academic success.
